Since LawBot.in provides a digital product (downloadable legal notice), refunds are generally not provided once the file has been generated and downloaded.
However, if you experience a technical issue where payment was deducted but no file was delivered, please contact us at support@lawbot.in within 24 hours with your Order ID and payment reference. We will resolve it promptly.
Refund decisions are at our sole discretion and will be processed within 5–7 business days if approved.
